　　卜范勋，现为中国工艺美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，国礼艺术家，中国楹联书画家协会会员，青岛市美术家协会会员，青岛市女书画家崂山分会理事，青岛汉海国画院画师，青岛报业集团新闻书画院高级画师，青岛市楹联艺术家协会，崂山分会副主席，世界艺术发展联合会青岛分会副秘书长，青岛市崂山老年书画研究会花鸟分会会长，艺联网特聘艺术家，青岛军创书画院副院长、花鸟画部副主任。她的作品得到众多大家的赞赏，其中中国美术家协会主席范迪安评价其作品笔墨中给人以形态的深刻感悟，水墨写意集众家之长;中国美术家协会原分党组书记徐里称赞道笔墨流韵显质感，心通文化融古今，是不可多得的女画家代表。

　　艺术是一种表达，卜范勋用笔墨丹青表达着自己对这个世界的感悟和情怀。画如其人，她的山水画，沉静、悠远，有穿越时代之感，颇具我国近代著名画家林凤眠之骨风。画中勾勒出一两个人物，自然融入，灵动飘逸。她的创作，题材多样，并且书法绘画无一不精。她的画用传统笔墨的表现手法，从皴擦点染中看出她对祖国对家乡那一宅一院一草一木的眷恋之情。

　　在家庭中作为女儿、妻子、母亲也是尽职尽责。做事力求最好，再加上聪慧和勤奋，她将生活打理得井井有条。她颇有感触地说，工作是生活需要，画画是精神需要。她说，与绘画结缘是她今生最感幸福的事。她之所以可以兼顾诸多繁杂事务，是因为她把休息时间用在了画画上，出门写生感觉就是最好的旅游，将喧嚣关至心门之外，用笔墨丹青抒发自己对大自然的爱，表达自己心中想要的山水意境，这是一个孤独的内心却异常丰满的过程，她喜爱并享受这个过程。
